My favorite new appliance!

I bought a suite of GE Profile appliances during a kitchen renovation. The double oven is my favorite! I love the height, the beauty of it but most of all it's multi-functionality. It proofs, air fries, convection bakes, and much more that I haven't tried yet. The control panel is very intuitive.

I purchased this oven as part of a new home build. Within 6 weeks of my oven failed. I am now at over ten weeks without the use f my oven and I am no closer to a resolution. If you have an opportunity to consider other brands of appliances I urge you to buy them.

Beautiful Oven with Great Features

I love the interactivity of the oven (for example, I get a notice on my phone when it has come to the preheat temperature). The panel is easy to use. The oven itself is really attractive. My only complaint is that we have not been able to get the camera to work so that we can see from our phone what is cooking, which is one of the main reasons we chose this more expensive model.

Big Disappointment

Oven is smaller inside than old GE Oven it replaced. Outside dimensions are the same. It will NOT keep an even temp. The temp adjustment doesn't seem to be much good. Also, the oven can only be set in 25 degree increments. I can't set at 385 for example. Overall, I wish the store person was more knowledgeable instead of just pushing me towards this model.

Doesn't work and terrible customer service

After hours on the phone and over a week after installation. This is not a smart oven. Without connection to the 'cloud' that doesn't work on their end you can only use thus oven as you would any other non smart oven. No camera, no precision baking, no thermostat. Basic!
