Good Oven So Far

I have only used the oven once but is worked well and the various options should make the oven work well in the future. I am especially interested in teh steam self cleaning as I know someone that says it does a good job. The microwave has been used a lot and it works well. The touch panel is easy to follow. My only complaint is the beeping that continues after it is finished. I'd like less annoying frequency of beeps. The only option is to turn the volume down. But I like the look of my new oven combo and I am very satisfied with my choice.

unit purchased on 10/06/23 it started to malfunction on 5/07/24. Contacted Frigidaire and they sent out a repairman(Leno is his name) when he was done nothing worked. I have been without a microwave and oven for over 2 months. The repairman has been out several times with no fix insight. Worst company I've ever dealt with

The difficulty of choosing which combo unit, which brand to buy is difficult. The decision I made turned out to be just what I wanted for this type of wall unit. There are many ways to use the oven and microwave, but it is easy to figure out how to accomplish it. Everything works in a way that doesn't make you feel overwhelmed. And it is efficient, perfectly designed and nice to look at.

Love the oven, but microwave defect remains unresolved

I still have an unresolved defect. If the problem were resolved, I would give this appliance 5 out of 5 stars, but I can't give the a 5 star rating until Frigidaire figures out how to make the microwave run correctly. The microwave oven runs at 100% regardless of the settings. A technician has been here twice and is researching the problem, but as of today, the problem remains unresolved. The conventional/convection oven exceeds expectations. I have made extensive use of the air-fry and convection oven capabilities, and I love the way they work.

This is the 2nd GCWM2767AD I'm purchased in the last 4 months. The first never worked a day. I tried working through Warranty but you seemed to think that waiting months for back ordered parts was something I just had to endure. See Work Order: 94346594. I had to get HD involve to get my $ back. Now, here's the good news, for you. I bought another of the same because a) it was what I wanted and b) I figured I probably wouldn't get 2 lemons in a row.So far it's working fine. My only complaint / suggestion is that you make the flippin' timer done tone audible. My wife says the high pitched tone, which can irritate her 20+ feet away, is truly shrill. However, the cook in the family, ME, can't hear it even with my hearing aids turned up so far I'm getting feedback. It needs to be at a much lower frequency.

Absolute garbage - Microwave seems to have a fatal design flaw. Frigidaire doesn't seem to care!

First of all, I have worked in the construction industry for over 40 years, a good portion of that time in Quality Control, and have also bought tons of appliances for projects I've been on (including a boatload of Frigidaire products) and I will never buy another Frigidaire product, for home or work as long as I live, and I strongly suggest you all do the same. Not making this situation right is the most absurd and blatant disregard of responsibility I have ever seen from a manufacturer of any kind. First of all, I waited 13 months for the first unit and am now on a second unit and the microwaves in both of them have displayed the exact same problem. I have also read other reviews about this issue so, while Frigidaire is fully aware of the problem, they have totally ignored the fact that it exists, or so it would seem. The problem is that you cannot regulate the power on the microwave. No matter what you set it to, it runs at 100% ALL THE TIME, PERIOD! At the lowest possible setting it boils an 8 oz cup of water in two minutes. All the other microwaves I've tried this experiment with will typically raise the temperature of an 8 oz. cup of water from room temperature (around 65 degrees F) to around 90 degrees with a run time of 5 minutes. Totally unacceptable and Frigidaire doesn't seem to care. If I could, I would give it zero stars or less. Gallery is supposed to be the top of the Frigidaire residential line, and you pay the price for it, I might add, but all you get is a high-priced piece of garbage. My next calls will be to the Consumer Protection Agency and whatever Television Channel whose consumer advocate will take up this cause. This is far from over! PS: How laughable is it that at the end of the review form they ask if you want to enter the Frigidaire Sweepstakes. I guess if you are starting a junkyard that might be a good idea but if you want working appliances, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Maybe that has something to do with the reviews I see listed as "Incentivized Reviews"....even their review process is flawed and full of garbage like their factories and warehouses.

We love our new Frigidaire wall oven microwave combo. There are more options for each unit than we thought and really love the way the menu is organized. It is so easy to find the setting you want and then modify it if needed. There are still lots of ways to cook that we need to explore but those we have used so are great. It seems easy to clean and, we love the no-finger print, black stainless steel finish. It matches our new fridge exactly.

The combo microwave oven works well. My complaints are minor. The buttons are hard to select and the cooking temp of the microwave is lower than my older one so making adjustments there. Not sure why I would ever need 3 racks in the oven as there is very little space for food if you have all 3 inside. If you use the broil feature, place items on the lowest shelf or turn the temp down by at least 100 degrees or your food will char quickly.

Great Built-In Oven

We had another brand for many years that was repaired numerous times because it took a long time to warm to temperature and didn™€™t maintain an accurate setting. This wall oven has been great since the first day. It warms quickly and cooks to perfection. It has so many usable options, we keep the manual handy as we try new methods. The microwave is a dual convection and will heat to 400 degrees in a few minutes saving energy and cook time. We bought the optional air fryer rack. This unit alleviates the need for small appliance air fryers that clutter the counter. It has a beautiful clean modern design that compliments the kitchen. Great buy!

I have only been using our new oven for a few weeks now and so far it been good , looks great and very user friendly. We did get an error that explained to reset the power from the electrical panel. It did resolve the error but not sure what created it.

Never again will I buy a Frigidaire product. First, they did not honor their fit guarantee, even if you submit all the paperwork and quality, they deny you and tell you the decision is final but won't tell you why. Second if you have a defective unit they will lie and say you will get replacement parts and once you are outside the return window tell you that they didn't actually order your part but it's too late and you're stuck with it.

The oven is beautiful and is very easy to use. I have several family members who don't like to "learn new appliances". They had no problem operating this. Very intuitive and simple. I'm having fun using all the features. So far, I have used the air fry, steam bake and regular bake. Love it! My cupcakes were moist on the inside and delicious.

Problems with a new model?

At installation, one of 2 lights in the microwave was found to be inoperable. We elected to ignore this issue until the 2nd light burns out because the oven would have to be removed to replace the bulb and to verify that the bulb circuit is functional. Now the unit has started malfunctioning due to ™€œerror detected™€ with instructions to turn off the breakers for 30 sec- this results in brief periods of function, but the process continues to occur. I™€™ll be calling the service number again. Not pleased!

The light in the upper oven/microwave is REAL dim. Basically just enough light to see that there is "something" in there. It's missing a speed cook to utilize the convection and microwave in conjunction with each other. The assembly... OMG.. was the worst assembled product I have EVER seen. 37 loose screws, 14 stripped out 4 the wrong length, and 6 missing (found 3 in the bottom of the box and 1 INSIDE a panel) unless taking it apart and rebuilding it is part of the "normal" install process.. they NEED MASSIVE changes to quality control. That being said.. after tightening, and replacing the missing screws (nothing can be done about the stripped ones) it is performing as expected with no noises.

Just what I needed

Well, just to be clear I haven't used each feature, but very excited that Frigidaire offers four options in the Wall Oven/Microwave/Convection/AirFryer.The microwave is easy to use, gives you great versatility with the timing feature. 5,10 15 seconds allow me to cook scrambled eggs just right with the adjustable power strength. The oven is a nice size and has a slide out rack to make it easier turning and checking food while cooking.Air Fryer is a wonderful idea. I wish it had come with the rack and basket, but I ordered it after the fact. It will be my next project to try French fries and I will update my review given the opportunity.

Our original microwave/wall oven combination was replaced with this unit. What a wonderful upgrade! The amount of cooking space in the oven (although narrow with the 27" constraints) has a considerably larger interior than the original one! The controls are very intuitive and easy to program. I was a bit uncertain how I would like the black interior but the great lighting solved that problem. I am happy that we chose this one!
